Just wondering on y do i end up fighting around with ppl n feeling hurt... 2day i tried a different thing, i didn't react and i am feeling good...
Why do we get angry? Because someone did not acted the way we wanted?
Why do we want so much? When all wanting does is hurting
Everywhere the fight is same, u want u don’t get
U get angry and fight with others, others also get angry and a fire breaks out?
Before getting angry just stop and see y r u reacting?
After doing it for sometime u wud realize that no one can hurt u
No one can make u angry... Its u and only u who do that..
So stop reacting and start acting.
Acting on ur own self…
